Position: Analyst - Capital Markets Accounting

JOB FUNCTIONS:
This position will be responsible for the regular and ad hoc analysis on the MSR asset including the daily market valuation and related reporting. The analyst will be responsible for understanding the valuation assumption set as well as understanding the underlying cash flows. This position will assist with the month end functions related to the creating of, and accounting for, the MSR asset.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
One to two years business experience in financial services.
Good quantitative skills including statistical analyses.
Strong computer skills including MS Excel and MS Access.
Ability to work effectively with appropriate supervision.
Ability to be proactive and solution oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
ability to be flexible in recognizing priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
