Financial Analyst/Senior Accountant: This person will be the “right hand” to the Controller & CFO, excellent visibility, lots of special projects…need good Excel skills and 4-5 years experience to $65K with bonus to be determined. This position is in
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Preparation and compilation of several accounting, sales & operations, inventory management, and financial reports on a monthly basis.
2. Reviews branch financial statements and operations reports for areas of concern or follow-up.
3. Coordinates all Cash Management functions including performing transfers, reconcilements, and cash activity analyses. To include development of improved cash flow forecasting / tracking models.
4. Daily review of cash and loan positions and on-line reporting.
5. Perform monthly review and bank reconcilement of main operating account with significant activity flow. Assist in process improvement in mechanizing processes & transaction reporting/reconcilement.
6. Assist management with on-going technology initiatives and projects for enhanced financial reporting.
7. Selected general ledger account analysis and spreadsheet maintenance.
8. Reviews and ensures compliance with changing procedures and accounting practices.
9. Recommends & assists with development and implements company policies, procedures and objectives.
10. Performs other accounting related duties and ad-hoc reporting, as deemed necessary by management.
