Supply Chain Analyst - Manufacturing
This position's responsibilities focus on the review and analysis of global Supply Chain performance. understanding the key drivers, and developing areas of improvement for senior management. A significant t portion of the positions time will be dedicated to Supply Chain project work, which focuses on ensuring the company's strategic goals are achieved. The job responsibilities will also include assisting the Supply Chain Finance Manager with the development and maintenance of costing policies, procedures and tools. The position will require interaction with all functional areas of the organization and all at levels - from shop floor personnel to senior management.
JOB DUTIES:
1.Review and analyze monthly Supply Chain data (spending, capital, inventory, variances, etc). Work directly with all levels of personnel at facilities and corporate to understand results/trends. Coordinate with Supply Chain management to create action plans on areas identified for improvement.
2. Coordinate major Supply Chain projects across all facilities world-wide, including: capital expenditure budgeting and tracking, annual cost rolls, inventory excess and obsolescence reviews, facility spending budgeting and performance-based plan development and tracking.
3. Assist in the development, launch and monitoring of global costing systems, tools, policies and procedures to be used by Finance and Supply Chain personnel world-wide.
4. Perform Ad-Hoc project assignments as requested by the Senior Leadership Team.
5. Work with the external auditors to facilitate the year end audit of the Supply Chain financial statements and measures.
6. Participate on Supply Chain Continuous Improvement teams focused on ensuring key goals of company are achieved.
MIN. QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Accounting or Finance;
- MBA, CMA or CPA preferred;
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in a Manufacturing environment required;
- International exposure preferred;
- Strong computer and communication (oral and written) skills;
- Hyperion, SAP product experience preferred (Enterprise, Planning, CO/FI SAP Modules)
