Position Description:
The Internal Auditor - Information Technology/Operation auditor will be responsible for performing Information Technology Audits at remote data centers as well as business application process reviews. The auditor will perform data center, disaster recovery, business continuity, change management, and business application audits. The incumbent should be familiar with audit software tools such as ACL, and AutoAudit. The incumbent should also understand and be comfortable performing a flux analysis audit on the financial balance sheet at the distribution centers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. This position will be responsible for performing application and general control audits in a AS400 environment with front end ordering system web applications, conducting closing conferences, preparing audit reports, special projects as requested, as well as participating in the annual external audit. He/she will assist in due diligence reviews, the annual risk assessment and conduct fraud investigations as necessary. Overnight domestic travel of up to 50% may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and with 3 - 5 years audit experience or quality assurance experience. Candidate should Have a professional designation (CISA, or CIA) or equivalent experience and education (Masters of Information Systems). Candidate must be self-motivated and with a demonstrated ability to work independently. Good communication skills, both oral and written are required. Experience with AS400, BAAN, web Based applications, familiarity with audit software such as ACL and AutoAudit a plus.
